Enterprise Support Engineer L2

The Enterprise Support Engineer L2 will resolve customer concerns in advanced networking protocols, including cellular transmissions, standards and protocols.  This position requires daily customer contact through inbound calls, chat, e-mail & direct contact on-site or in labs to determine the exact nature of the customer's problems.  Level 2 Engineers will escalate to Level 3 Engineers.  Other daily tasks include generation of solutions for our on-line knowledge base.  In addition to technical experience the ESE 2 must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills as well as be self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized.

Electrical Engineer

CradlePoint has an immediate opening for an experienced electrical engineer with expertise in embedded systems and modern wireless radio electronics.  The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical and implementation skills and will be working with design and manufacturing partners in Asia.  Some international travel may be required.

Electrical Regulatory Engineer

CradlePoint has an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer with experience in worldwide regulatory certification requirements for computer and IT products.  These certifications include EMC, safety, environmental and telecom.  The ideal candidate will have broad experience and proven success working with R&D, CM and certified test labs to receive regulatory approvals for products during the development cycle.  The candidate will be working with design and manufacturing partners in Asia.  Some international travel may be required.    

Enterprise Support Engineer L3

The Enterprise Support Engineer L3 will resolve enterprise and carrier customer concerns in advanced networking protocols, including cellular transmissions, standards and protocols. This position requires daily customer contact through inbound calls, chat, email and direct contact on-site or in labs to determine the exact nature of the customer's problems. L3 Representatives will also act as an escalation point into quality assurance and engineering to resolve complex customer issues as well as provide technical leadership and support to level 1 and 2 engineers in resolving customer issues. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
