Pat Sewall

President and Founder

As founder and president, Pat brings a wealth of experience to CradlePoint. After a 16-year tenure at HP where he worked in their R&D lab for LaserJet printers, Pat started RidgeRun, a software company that developed embedded Linux solutions for the cellular phone and consumer electronics markets. Prior to HP, he held management positions with Bently Nevada Corp., a privately held electronics manufacturer. Pat holds a BS in CS from the University of Iowa, and an MS in CS from the University of California, Davis.

Gary Oliverio

VP of Marketing and Founder

Gary brings more than twenty years of product marketing and sales experience in the areas of embedded wireless, software and hardware, including 15 years with Motorola. He has held VP level positions at Sandbridge Technologies and RidgeRun, and has led Business Development and Marketing teams with responsibility for engagements with multiple tier-1 cellular handset OEMs. Gary graduated with an SBEE from MIT.

Ryan Adamson

VP, Business Development and Founder

Ryan has been in the technology industry for 17 years including senior management positions at Kestrelink and Portsmith. Prior to that he was Director of Business Development and Professional Services at Rightnow Technologies, a Bozeman-based CRM software company, where he also served on the original board of directors and helped raise $31M in venture funding. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State.
