How to Upgrade
1. Download the appropriate file
2. Go to your device's login page (http://192.168.0.1).
3. Select the 'Tools' tab on the top, then the 'Firmware' menu on the left.
4. In the 'Firmware Upgrade' section, click 'Browse'
5. Browse for the downloaded file then click 'Open'
6. Click the upload button
7. Do not turn off or unplug the device while it is upgrading
8. The upgrading process should take a few minutes
Troubleshooting
If your device is not working properly after an upgrade, you may need to perform a factory reset:
1. Unplug the device.
2. Press and hold the Reset button on the side of the unit.
3. Re-plug the unit.
4. Continue holding the Reset button until the indicator lights flash ON, OFF, then ON again.
